Little Scout crept out of the shadows very cautiously in the autumn of 2008. Its two main members Melissa and Pat decided to lock themselves in a room, give themselves some time and see what they really sounded like by themselves. Little Scout emerged as fresh purveyors of fine pop music with a touch of fragility. Enamoured with a good dose of encouragement from their pals, and with the help of a triangle, casio beat and a tamborine, the band took to the bright lights of the stage in May 2008. Suffice to say, Little Scout hasn't mastered stage professionalism or sweet rock moves by any means, but they often try to smell nice and wear fancy shoes while performing. Their debut ep will be out mid-July 2008, crafted in a basement with a bearded genius and mastered by Matthew Gray.
